University of Arizona College of Medicine Climate Study
The University of Arizona College of Medicine Climate Study is a full study of the college's campus diversity climate using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The study includes extensive focus group interviews with many campus constituents and a comprehensive survey of students in each year of the medical school undergraduate program (M1-M4).
The UA climate study uses the Campus Racial Climate Model (Hurtado et. al. 1998, 1999, Milem et. al. 2004, 2005) as a foundation for understanding campus racial climate and for conducting the resulting evaluation.
